Payment terms are described in your estimate or invoice. For one-time services, payment is generally due within 7 days of completion unless otherwise agreed. For recurring services, you authorize us to bill the payment method on file on a recurring basis according to the schedule agreed upon. You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled service with reasonable advance notice. Cancellations made on short notice may be subject to a fee if our crew has already begun travel or staging. Weather and conditions outside our control may require us to reschedule; we will keep you informed.
